Description of activity and work performed

1. Membership in the Image Gently® Campaign in 2016 by the Pediatric Society of Paraná (SPP) (Figure 3) was followed closely by planning for a wider representation in Brazil especially in the clinical specialties. This was exemplified through the support of the Campaign by the Brazilian Pediatric Society (Figure 4), which became an Alliance member in 2017. Image Gently® continues to be a successful model globally for informed use of medical imaging in children who benefit from ionizing radiation imaging or its alternatives (MRI/US) through education and advocacy, promotes the dissemination of valuable content in an efficient and effective manner through the strategy of free Alliance membership and attendant volunteer opportunities, through identification of accountable and enthusiastic leadership, supports these partnerships for networking and feedback between the Alliance leadership and Alliance members, and recognizes the differences in needs in various parts of...
