Conclusiones
El cuerpo calloso tiene un sustrato anatomopatológico ligeramente diferente del resto de la sustancia blanca, y diferente de la materia gris. Esto determina una afectación especial por las diferentes patologías y su conocimiento nos permite una mejor comprensión que nos ayude a estrechar el diagnóstico diferencial y obtener una mayor precisión diagnóstica.
