The Club Bibliográfico SERAM (CBSERAM) is an altruist organization,
supported by the Spanish Society of Radiology (SERAM),
formed,
coordinated and directed by radiology residents.
Its main goal to make a space to share and critically review recent scientific literature.
Through the critical review of recent articles published in high impact journals,
we keep abreast of the scientific literature and develop editorial skills during our training as general radiologists.
As we know,
bibliographical clubs can be widely used as a versatile tool in medical education,

Findings and procedure details
CBSERAM is organized by radiology residents who perform different functions.
So we have general coordinators,
editorial coordinators,
informatic coordinators and general reviewers according to our activity and seniority.

each member of the CBSERAM chooses one of the articles published in the journals with the highest impact index of our specialty (Radiology,
Radiographics,
European Radiology among others),
according to their personal interests or their time of training.

Conclusion
CBSERAM promotes critical thinking,
professional collaboration and the development of editorial abilities,
skills which are considered essential for the training of radiology residents.
Furthermore,
the systematic review process helps the resident to keep up with the latest published literature in a simple way and through an active attitude.
CBSERAM provides the latest radiological advances with revisions in Spanish of greater relevance of English-speaking articles.
